The staff was friendly and worked hard to assist with room changes when needed. Unfortunately, the hotel had recurring issues with smells in some rooms and noise from a restaurant that played loud music late into the night. Overall, a mixed experience.

The Queen Suite was clean and had excellent amenities, making for a comfortable stay. Jara, the housekeeper, provided remarkable service that stood out among many hotels I’ve visited. However, the location isn't ideal, and while the breakfast had some redeeming jams, the options were quite limited. The front desk staff were helpful, but the late-night dining options nearby were lacking.

We had a really nice family time together at the pool, especially with the kids enjoying the hot breakfast options like eggs and waffles. It was great that they offered breakfast early so we could all eat before starting our day.
